HR Employee (m/f)

We are looking for an HR Employee to strengthen our Human Resources department. In this versatile position you are a source of information for employees and managers. You are the point of contact for employees with regard to the implementation and processing of personnel matters. You also take care of and monitor various administrative processes surrounding the employees.

What are you going to do?

• Conduct application, employment conditions and onboarding conversations;
• Drafting employment contracts and management of the personnel file;
• Further professionalising and setting up the HR policy;
• Setting up training and education programs for employees;
• Guidance and help with performance and appraisal interviews;
• Perform various other administrative tasks.

What do you need?

• HR training, minimum MBO level
• Knowledge of the laws and regulations in the field of personnel and salary administration
• Supplemented with PDL salary administration or willing to follow this training
• Excellent ICT skills, the ability to work accurately and socially
• A team player with initiative and an innate talent for personal confidentiality

For example, you will see our air heaters installed at serveral DIY stores and our black tube radiant heaters provide the DHL and DPD distribution centers with pleasant heating. is also progressive in the field of air treatment.
